About Danielle

Coaching may be my side hustle, but it’s my favorite thing! I’ve coached and mentored for 10+ years in all sorts of ways — admissions, career, life…even sports. Full-time, I work in fintech on direct indexing — a strategy to personalize your investing to express your values that’s gaining popularity. I’m in client success and care deeply about the client experience—whether in fintech or here at Leland. Prior to business school, I worked in education — from admissions to leadership development to climate education. Ask me how they’re all interconnected (to the finance world too)—I’d love to share! I’m a teacher, and coach, at heart which is why I’m here at Leland.

Why do I coach?

I coach for equity, empowerment, and joy. I want to create greater access to gated information. I love helping others discover and share their truth. And I enjoy meeting new people, learning their stories, and designing programs to meet their needs. For me, coaching is the ideal balance of intellectual challenge and interpersonal fulfillment. That’s why I go for depth over breadth, and intentionally keep my business small so it stays “fun” for me. I wouldn't be here if I wasn't having fun.
