Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe that everyone needs a cheerleader. I have had some incredible cheerleaders and coaches in my life that have helped me get to where I am now. But I recognize that a lot of people don't have a trusted coach and guide to help them on some of their biggest life and career goals. My goal is to be that cheerleader and coach for people to help them get to the next step where they'll be most fulfilled.
