Hello and welcome to my profile! I'm Collin, a passionate software engineer with hands-on experience at top tech companies like Databricks, Amazon, and Intuitive. With a strong academic background from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where I maintained a 3.95 GPA, I bring both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to the table. I've looked at and done hundreds of resumes and mock interviews with high satisfaction. Despite graduating from a traditionally non-target school, I was able to land internships and full-time jobs at top tech companies, and I can help you do the same regardless of your background.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I experienced firsthand how transformative the right support system can be. When I started programming in college, it was my friends, roommates, and mentors who kept me motivated and helped me succeed. Their guidance fundamentally shaped who I am today, and I want to pay that forward. I believe everyone deserves access to the kind of mentorship that can change the trajectory of their life. I coach to be the person I needed when I was starting out—someone who provides both guidance and encouragement when the path seems overwhelming.
