They have also been accepted to HBS, MIT Sloan, Northwestern Kellogg, Columbia, and Michigan. π° I got my MBA from Michigan Ross on a full scholarship with MLT, Consortium, Forte, and Toigo fellowships. π§° Pre Deel, I spent time at Amazon, SimpliSafe, Bessemer, and the US Congress. π§ I particularly enjoy crafting nontraditional backgrounds into compelling stories for resumes, essays, and interviews. β€οΈ I'm a Latina, Texan, and the first in my family to graduate from college. In 2021 I moved to Madrid, Spain where I work with a globally remote team.
Why do I coach?
In 2012 I became the first person in my family to graduate from college. Mentorship and coaching that I received during my MBA admissions process completely changed how I told my story, helping me get a full scholarship and pivot into the tech industry. I enjoy the challenge of pulling disparate experiences into a compelling story, strategically building applications, and preparing for interviews. Ultimately, education has been the great equalizer of opportunity in my life and that is why I coach.
