About Chloe

I am passionate about helping professionals break through limiting beliefs, navigate career pivots, and step into leadership roles that align with their true selves. Drawing from a diverse background that spans product marketing, organizational management, and community development, my approach is grounded in empathy, strategic storytelling, and a deep understanding of human behavior. With over a decade of experience across industries—including technology, social impact, healthcare, and more—I’ve transitioned from law to marketing leadership, gaining valuable insights into what it takes to thrive at every level of an organization. My journey has taken me through early-stage startups, Fortune 500 companies, and big tech, where I’ve built teams, fostered career development, and guided others to success. At the heart of my practice is the belief that community and authentic connection are vital to growth. I create supportive spaces where my clients feel valued, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward their goals. Whether you're seeking to refine your leadership skills, pivot to a new career, or overcome self-imposed barriers, I offer culturally responsive coaching tailored to your unique path. Currently pursuing a Masters in Counseling Psychology, I also bring a blend of psychotherapeutic interventions and real-world experience to my coaching, ensuring that each client receives holistic and actionable guidance. Let’s work together to build a roadmap for your career that honors both your professional aspirations and personal values.

Why do I coach?

Coaching has been a cornerstone of my personal and professional growth, and I believe in its transformative power because I’ve experienced it firsthand. My career journey has been anything but linear, starting with a traditional path that eventually led me to explore various industries and roles. Along the way, I felt stuck, unsure of my next steps, and questioning if I was on the right path. It was during one of these pivotal moments that a coach stepped in and helped me rediscover my direction, giving me the clarity and confidence to embrace my true passions. That experience ignited something profound in me—a deep understanding of the value of having someone in your corner who listens, challenges, and guides you through life's most challenging decisions. I realized that, like me, so many people feel held back by limiting beliefs, unclear goals, or the fear of making a big career pivot. Coaching was the catalyst that empowered me to navigate these challenges, and now, it’s my passion to offer that same support to others. At its core, coaching is about empowerment. It's about helping others uncover their potential, develop their confidence, and navigate transitions with purpose. I coach because I believe in the power of self-discovery and growth, and I want to be that guiding presence for others. My goal is to help people not just reach their professional aspirations, but also to align their work with their values and build a life that feels meaningful and authentic. Coaching matters to me because it allows me to pay forward the wisdom, support, and encouragement I received. I am deeply committed to the lifelong journey of learning and growing alongside my clients, knowing that together, we can overcome challenges, redefine success, and create lasting fulfillment.
