Our work is a partnership where we work to define the goals of the engagement and then we co-design the sessions together. I work with my clients on the level of structure they want in our work and how much work they want to do in session vs. between sessions to hit their goals. It's flexible approach to fit how you like to work while also making sure you stay focused on the goals of the coaching.
