Welcome to my profile! I'm Carolyn, an MBA graduate with a strong background in business, economics, and investment product management. With over 12 years of experience at two of the world's largest asset managers (BlackRock and Franklin Templeton), I have developed a deep skillset navigating complex organizations, building a professional network, and leveraging my technical product knowledge. I hold a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. While earning my MBA, I worked in the admissions office, and also helped to build out special programs related to international development. While at BlackRock, I managed my department's intern program, where I selected and interviewed top candidates.
