About Caroline

Hi! I'm Caroline. I'm a former founder and a scale-up operator with a decade of experience in the HR tech space and a Master's from Harvard in career development. I now draw from my diverse leadership experiences to help undervalued high achievers gain more satisfaction, success, and joy at work. I am the co-founder of Skillist, an identity-blind, skills-based hiring platform. My team and I built a zero-to-one product, raised venture capital, hired a team including the former CTO of VSCO, and signed blue-chip customers like Wayfair, Drizly, Better.com, and DraftKings. We exited in 2020. I later joined Lattice, a late-stage people management software company. As part of Lattice’s Go-to-Market org in Product Marketing, I designed GTM strategies and product launches, primarily for their career development and compensation product lines. I currently serve on the Board of Trustees for Franklin Cummings Tech and the Fellowship Advisory Board for Visible Hands. I have been coaching since earning my Master’s in Education at Harvard University, where I self-designed a program on career development.

Why do I coach?

The north star of my career has been helping undervalued high achievers find satisfaction in their work. I do this work to elevate individuals that aren’t often brought into leadership, promoted, or developed to their full potential. As an tech entrepreneur and operator, I've personally experienced the challenges of being a female in fast-paced and male-dominated environments. My life's work is to help women and other minoritized groups have the tools to navigate those spaces more confidently, so that ultimately, we can have true representation in leadership positions around the globe.
