Everybody is in Sales- but Nobody is getting the right training.
I've been a business owner, MBA graduate, contractor and tech executive. As an outsider to sales for so much of my career, I understand and have overcome the common misperceptions of sales. With this background, I have a very unique ability to relate 1. to the non-sales titled professionals within an organization (technical founders, legal, customer success, support, operations, HR, people teams, etc.) and 2. an ability to help the direct sales team understand how their buyers see them, and thus respond (or don't). It comes down to a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the psychology of behavior change, and how we don't actually "sell".. but we guide the buyer to "sell themselves". I shake bad habits and misperceptions out of everyone in an organization in a fun, engaging and long-lasting way. I've used this knowledge to sell millions of dollars of new business as an individual contributor in SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise level deals across 10+ industries. I've developed sales methodology, strategies and systems that have helped businesses scale from $0 - $140M in revenue. I've led teams of up to 170 sales reps, and guided revenue organizations from marketing to sales and implementation to customer success. I create innovative and winning cultures and environments.
