My professional experience in private equity began with a value creation role at Vista Equity Partners (~$100B AUM), where I honed my skills in implementing go-to-market growth initiatives for enterprise software companies. I specialized in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, & Customer Success, but engaged across a variety of sub-functions during my time at the firm. I went back to pursue my MBA at Chicago Booth and pivot to value creation roles in the middle-market investing space, and have spent time at both PSP Capital & Erie Street Growth Partners in Chicago as I broaden my value creation toolkit. About Brian

After attending the University of Michigan for undergrad (Go Blue!), I moved into a full-time role in PE portfolio operations at Vista Equity Partners. During my time at the firm, I worked across a variety of our portfolio companies in the B2B software space, focused primarily on optimizing Go-to-Market functions including Sales Strategy, Revenue Ops, & Customer Success. I decided to go back and pursue my MBA from Chicago Booth to continue broadening my skillset with respect to finance and entrepreneurship, and plan to continue in a full-time portfolio operations role after school. I am highly passionate about mentorship and networking, and look forward to supporting you in whatever your professional endeavors may be!

Why do I coach?

I coach as a way to pay forward all of the benefits & lessons I have learned from being coached in my own career. Navigating PE as a career landscape, regardless of whether you are a career switcher or have experience in the space, is highly dependent on building relationships, and I hope to play an integral role in helping you achieve your professional goals!
