About Ben

Based in NYC, I’m on a Senior Manager on the Strategy & Operations team at Palo Alto Networks focusing on GTM and post-sales strategy. Before Palo, I was a management consultant at Deloitte for over 8 years, serving clients in the tech, media & entertainment, and telecom space. I worked with multiple FAANG companies as well as a few sports leagues to create growth strategies and drive large-scale business transformations centered on customer experience. I hold an MBA from Michigan Ross and a BSBA from Bucknell University.

Why do I coach?

Early in my career, I didn’t have a mentor. But I had a close knit group of friends and coworkers that shared many of the same goals I wanted to achieve. Navigating management consulting as a fresh grad, understanding how to market myself professionally in a large company, and crafting the right story to get into business school were shared experiences I got through with the help of friends. However, once I landed an investment banking internship during business school and realized it wasn’t something I wanted to do long-term, I needed someone to talk to who knew how to help me make my decision. Connections I found through my alumni network, who went through similar experiences, helped me to understand the path best for me. At work, I was lucky to find a managers that took me under their wing and invested in me. Having a community of coaches I trusted has made all the difference in navigating career choices and on-the-job challenges. I believe a good coach is imperative to a successful and fulfilling career. A good coach listens, understands, and plays out different scenarios for you while taking into account who you are and what you want to do. I truly enjoy doing that for my coachees!
