Heading out on the job market can be so very stressful! Haven't looked for a new job in a while? Thinking it's time to change careers? Even more stressful! I'll work with you to build a personalized plan for your job search, based on what you're looking for and the challenges you're facing. Through a combination of coaching sessions, interest inventories, and manageable, concrete actions, we'll prepare you for an organized search. Once we've kicked off the search, I can prepare you for interviews, salary negotiations, and exit strategies from your current position. From start to finish, I'm with you for your next great adventure!
