About Annie

Hello, I'm thrilled to connect with you! I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude and was honored with the prestigious Presidential Scholarship—the university's highest scholarship for incoming freshmen. Currently, I'm pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Leadership at Johns Hopkins University, complementing my technical expertise with strategic leadership skills. In my role as a Data Scientist at Microsoft, I’ve developed deep experience in data analysis, strategic planning, and solving complex problems. These experiences fuel my passion for mentoring and coaching others to achieve their dreams. Whether you’re striving for admission to a top-tier university or landing your first internship or job, I’m here to provide personalized support every step of the way.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know firsthand how powerful mentorship can be. As a woman in STEM, I was fortunate to have mentors—many of them women—who showed me what was possible and helped me navigate the challenges of the field. Now, I want to pay that forward by guiding others who are just starting their journeys. Whether it's getting into college, landing an internship, or building confidence when starting out in the tech industry, I love sharing the insights and strategies that have made a difference in my own career.
