I am a no non-sense executive coach as I am an active executive myself who interacts with board members. What I will give you are practical and executable takeaways to help you grow as a leader, help your team grow and navigate through the complex network of decision making within your organization. We will meet approximately once every two weeks to discuss issues where there will be takeaways and work to do so you can come prepared in our next session. Your progress will depend on your effort and focus. If you see progress, you agree to leave a positive review and make personal introductions to your own network so other may benefit from this type of coaching.
