About Alex

I'm a Bain alum, Harvard grad, and Air Force veteran. At each step, coaches pushed me to think bigger, then provided the specific support I needed to be successful. At Bain, I interviewed 30+ candidates and reviewed 100+ resumes. Mentoring candidates, especially from non-traditional backgrounds, was a highlight of my career. It was an honor to help them earn an offer and thrive at Bain. In the Air Force, I taught 300+ people resilience strategies to perform under pressure. This background taught me that you need both the technical knowledge and the right mindset to be successful. As a coach, I'm excited to help you with both.

Why do I coach?

Coaches were critical to every one of my accomplishments. The applications were complex and the interviews intimidating. Coaches gave me the constructive guidance to be successful. To pay it forward, I've been supporting family and friends. Helping them succeed at top schools and companies has been incredibly fulfilling.
