Hi, I’m Aleksei Groshenko, a Leadership Development Coach and Consultant, Soft Skills Trainer with over 20 years of experience helping managers and leaders unlock their full potential. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am a PCC ICF Certified Coach. Throughout my career, I’ve empowered over 18,000 employees and 5,000 managers to navigate complex challenges, build stronger teams, and lead with confidence. My journey into coaching began with a deep passion for understanding people and fostering meaningful growth. After working in leadership roles myself, I saw the impact effective coaching and development could have on individuals and organizations. This inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others achieve personal and professional transformation. My approach is practical and results-oriented, combining cutting-edge leadership tools with a deep understanding of human psychology. Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe that everyone has the potential to lead with confidence, purpose, and authenticity—but often, they just need the right guidance to unlock it. My own journey into coaching began when I experienced the transformative power of a mentor during a challenging period in my career. I was leading a team through a time of uncertainty, struggling to balance the demands of leadership while staying true to my values. With the help of my coach, I gained clarity, developed new skills, and grew into a more effective leader. That experience not only changed my career—it changed my life. Since then, I’ve been passionate about paying it forward. Coaching allows me to create those same “aha” moments for others: helping them overcome obstacles, realize their potential, and lead with greater confidence and impact. I’ve seen firsthand how coaching can turn challenges into opportunities and transform individuals into leaders who inspire trust, innovation, and growth.
