Welcome to this nurturing 4-session package, where we explore and refine how you tell your story: - Discover Your Narrative: Together, we’ll uncover your core values, envision your career path, and identify what truly makes you unique. We'll delve into your passions and define the key elements that showcase your individuality - Enhance Your Delivery: Gain confidence as we practice your story in a supportive environment. We'll use techniques to tap into your breathing and body language, helping you present yourself in the most engaging way - Adapt Your Story: Learn to tailor your narrative for different settings, from informal meet-ups to elevator pitch to formal interviews, ensuring you connect deeply in every conversation My goal is for you is to ultimately embrace the question and share your story with ease and confidence.

I take an integral approach to coaching. What this means is: - I view each of my clients as an integrated whole: one who is shaped by their history, circumstances, relationships, and environment - I support my clients in living in a more integrated way: bringing our full selves to every part of life, opening up possibilities, driving sustainable change, and experiencing more fulfillment as a result - I believe development happens not only through insight but through integrating those insights into our bodies with practices, including meditation and movement
