I’m a former McKinsey Associate Partner who’s interviewed hundreds of candidates and trained over 500 consultants throughout my career. I’ve seen what makes people stand out—and what holds them back—even when they don’t see it themselves. Unlike many coaches, I’ve actually hired, promoted, and coached consultants inside top firms. So I don’t just teach frameworks—I help you think, speak, and perform like someone firms want to hire. I’m direct, practical, and always focused on what really moves the needle. Coaching with me feels like having a McKinsey consultant help you crack the case of your own career—with structure, clarity and no fluff. I split my time between Spain and Brazil, teach at a digital business school, and love working with people who want more than just to “pass an interview”—they want to feel ready for what comes after.
