Package Description:

We'll do two sessions together. In our first session, we'll briefly review your resume and choose 2-3 'top notch' stories and 2-3 additional stories to focus on preparing (if you already have these in mind, then we can skip this step). Then, we'll use a framework to structure your responses and highlight the most impactful, compelling information that puts YOU at the center. Our goal will be for you to develop a strong grasp of a few basic frameworks that can help you adapt your stories to fit multiple prompts and to think quickly on your feet for how to answer unexpected questions. If we have time, we'll practice a couple responses briefly to identify areas to improve. In our second session, we'll get right to work practicing and drilling your responses. For both your content (what you say) and presentation (how you say it), I'll help you develop a unique, genuine style that reflects your lived experience and personality. And we won't shy away from the hard + tactical stuff. If you need to work on your posture, confidence, humor, or filler words, I'll be the first to let you know and will assign drills to practice at home. If you opt for a third session, we'll continue to refine your responses and strengthen your presentation skills. We'll also practice some wildcard questions so that you can practice putting your new skills to work on the fly. By the end of our time together, we'll have you rocking your behavioral responses with the confidence, competence, and personality to charm the interviewer's socks off.
