This 3-session coaching package is designed to help you reset and move forward with clarity and confidence—especially if you're navigating a pivot, burnout, or just feeling stuck in your current role. We’ll work on: • Identifying what’s actually important to you right now • Rewriting your resume and LinkedIn to reflect your voice and strengths • Sharpening your interview story and showing up with presence • Creating a job search strategy that’s intentional, not frantic You’ll get honest feedback, encouragement when you need it, and tough love when it counts. This isn’t cookie-cutter advice—it’s coaching grounded in real life, tailored to where you are and where you want to go.

I meet people where they are—no judgment, no jargon. Our sessions will feel more like real conversations than formal career counseling. I’ll ask deep questions, help you see blind spots, and give you tactical next steps to move forward. You’ll leave each session feeling seen, challenged, and supported—with real momentum behind your goals.
Scheduling & Rescheduling All sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes—life happens. Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be considered forfeited unless it’s an emergency. If something urgent comes up, just reach out—I believe in treating people like people. Session Expiration Coaching packages must be used within 90 days of purchase. This helps both of us stay accountable and keep your momentum going. No-Show Policy If you miss a scheduled session without notice, it may be marked as completed. But again—if something real went down, let me know and we’ll work it out. Confidentiality Everything we discuss stays between us. This is a safe space for real talk—no judgment, no BS. This is coaching, not therapy. I’m here to help you grow professionally and personally, but I’m not a licensed therapist. If something deeper is going on, I’m happy to help you find the right kind of support.
