Rescheduling • Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session may be forfeited. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. Client Responsibilities • Clients must provide accurate and complete background information to ensure tailored advice. • The client is responsible for following through on action items and networking strategies suggested. • The consultant is not responsible for any missed career opportunities, unsuccessful applications, or lack of industry response to client outreach efforts. 4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property • All discussions and materials shared are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without the client’s consent. • The consultant may provide templates, frameworks, or recommendations that are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold. 5. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability • The consultant does not guarantee job offers, career outcomes, or specific results from coaching sessions. • All advice provided is based on industry knowledge and experience but should not be considered professional financial, legal, or HR consulting. • The consultant is not liable for any decisions made by the client or for any financial, employment, or reputational outcomes resulting from the client’s job search or career transition. • By booking, the client assumes full responsibility for their career decisions and acknowledges that VC hiring process is subject to industry dynamics outside of the consultant’s control
