About Jessica

I spent nearly a decade in consulting at Bain at the start of my career. I ran the undergraduate intern program and conducted hundreds of interviews. When I left Bain, I hadn't had any other professional jobs before and had no idea what I wanted to do. I was paralyzed. I talked to people in so many industries and did a lot of soul searching before deciding to move into operations and I have loved every second of it. Since then, I've led operations and business operations, worked in PE portfolio ops, and am now the President of a small PE-backed company. before moving into industry roles. I have led ops, business operations, and both interviewed, hired, and promoted hundreds of people. I love helping people figure out their passion, what they want to do, and how they can do it. This should be fun and exciting, not scary!
