About Clayton

Hey everyone! I’m Clayton Haase, a recent University of Illinois graduate and incoming Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. I’ve also been admitted to Wharton’s MBA program through the Moelis Advance Access Program, with plans to attend after a few years of work experience. Growing up in a small rural town in Central Illinois, I had no idea how to navigate consulting recruitment or MBA applications. With determination and the support of great coaches & mentors, I achieved my goals—and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. During college, I led a management consulting academy and had the opportunity to coach students from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. Mentees of mine have secured positions at Bain & Company, BCG, Kearney, Strategy&, AlixPartners, Accenture, Oliver Wyman, West Monroe, PwC, Deloitte, and several other top consulting firms. Additionally, I am actively coaching individuals around the country on securing admission into top MBA programs such as Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton.
